Christmas starts it all.
Good Friday bought it all.
Easter conquered it all.
“Go therefore,” proclaim it all.

Going to Church on Christmas Day
3 reasons why to go to Church on Christmas Day:
WORSHIP: Christmas is about Christ. I can’t think of a better way to celebrate the advent (coming) of our Savior than together with other Christians. On December 25, we will worship our God together!
OPPORTUNITY: It’s an opportunity for people who don’t know the love of God to hear about it through your invitation. Take hold of this occasion by inviting friends and family to celebrate with you and your church family on Christmas Day. What a great opportunity for the gospel!
REFOCUS: Celebrating the birth of Jesus in this culture can feel like an uphill battle. When we gather on Sunday, we’ll focus our attention on the incarnation of Jesus and leave service that day with praise to God on our lips.

If we could condense all the truths of Christmas into only three words, these would be the words: “God with us.” We tend to focus our attention at Christmas on the infancy of Christ. The greater truth of the holiday is His deity. More astonishing than a baby in the manger is the truth that this promised baby is the omnipotent Creator of the heavens and the earth!
